There is no fee to register and lunch will be provided. Topics to be discussed include:

• Developing a checkless, low-cost product that meets the needs of unbanked consumers;
• Adapting internal systems to allow customers on ChexSystems to open “second chance” checking accounts;
• Accepting alternative forms of identification;
• Expanding marketing in targeted, low-income neighborhoods or communities; and
• Partnering with nonprofits in eastern Idaho to identify customers ready to enter the financial mainstream.
