Ghassane Benmir is an Assistant Professor of Economics at IE University and IE Business School. His research explores the linkage between macroeconomic theory and heterogeneity, asset pricing theory, climate change, and the distributional impacts of both environmental externalities and policy.

This seminar is part of the Virtual Seminar on Climate Economics series hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and is open to everyone interested in research on the economics of climate change.
