Pallavi Mehta Wahi is managing partner of the Seattle Office of K&L Gates. K&L Gates LLP is one of the largest law firms in the world, with approximately 2,000 lawyers among 48 offices on five continents. The firm has 24 offices in the U.S.

As a Chambers-ranked litigator, Ms. Wahi represents national and international clients in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation matters. She also acts as a trusted advisor and global coordinating counsel for many companies nationally and worldwide, representing their interests with an emphasis on corporate, health care, and technology issues providing them with effective and innovative solutions.

K&L Gates represents leading global corporations, growth and middle-market companies, capital markets participants, and entrepreneurs in every major industry group as well as public sector entities, educational institutions, philanthropic organizations, and individuals. In addition, the firm is a leader in legal issues relating to industries critical to the economies of both the developed and developing worlds – technology, manufacturing, energy, transportation, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, among others. Until recently, Ms. Wahi served as the co-US Managing Partner for the firm’s 25 offices across the United States. In these roles, she has guided the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and practice growth while cultivating a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and excellence among lawyers and allied professionals.

Ms. Wahi is a highly respected leader in her industry and community, earning numerous accolades for her achievements. Among many others, she has been named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders of Washington in 2024 and recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Lawyers in the U.S., the Top 250 Women in IP, and one of the Most Influential People of 2021 by various regional and national publications and organizations. Additionally, she has been named for many years in the Puget Sound Business Journal’s Power 100 list, highlighting the top 100 business leaders in the state.

Ms. Wahi has held and continues to hold numerous roles on various industry and civic boards, including serving on the board of the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce, where she also served as Chair, and the board of the Woodland Park Zoo. Ms. Wahi earned a Tripos in Law from Magdalene College, University of Cambridge, England, and holds a degree in History from St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
