
Jessica García joined the Government + Civic Relations team at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco in May 2024. As a program manager, she is responsible for engaging with government stakeholders and works to promote the SF Fed’s research and tools as a resource to support government leaders and the communities they serve. Jessica works closely with colleagues across the Bank to support its outreach strategy and help fulfill the SF Fed’s mission to be a community-engaged bank to ensure the economy works for everyone we serve.
Prior to her role at the SF Fed, Jessica spent 15 years as a congressional staffer working in policy and forging relationships with constituents and stakeholders. Jessica is from Indiana, and she received a bachelor’s degree in business economics, public policy and international business from Indiana University-Bloomington, and a Master of Business Administration from Butler University in Indianapolis.
