This event is an opportunity for local nonprofits, government agencies, and bankers to collaborate on community development and economic inclusion strategies that meet the most pressing needs of low- and moderate-income communities in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
A panel of presenters from the County of San Bernardino Workforce Development Board, Enterprise Community Partners, and the National Community Renaissance (National CORE) will discuss and explore changes taking place in workforce development under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), affordable housing development in the region, and equitable transit-oriented development. The event will conclude with updates on local community development initiatives.
