Building a Healthier Community: A Strategic Alignment Forum

The purpose of this forum is to allow local stakeholders the opportunity to share ideas on how they can align their goals to improve the health and vitality of Linn, Benton and Lincoln County residents. Participants will learn about the county’s health disparities and discuss how to develop a strategic framework that would help promote better health outcomes while achieving their individual organization’s goals. The forum will also help participants understand drivers that help move the community toward better health outcomes. This forum will be the first in a series of meetings in Linn, Benton and Lincoln Counties to further enhance the discussion around strategic alignment and the integration of housing, social services and health.
