Mar Reguant is an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at Northwestern University. Prior to joining Northwestern, she was an Assistant Professor of Economics at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and received her Ph.D. from MIT. Her research uses high frequency data to study the impact of auction design and environmental regulation on electricity markets, and to quantify the impact of carbon trading on energy intensive industries.
This seminar is part of the Virtual Seminar on Climate Economics series hosted by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and is open to everyone interested in research on the economics of climate change.
