Portland, OR – The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco has appointed Tamara Lundgren, president and CEO, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc., and S. Randolph (“Randy”) Compton, president, CEO and co-chair of the board, Pioneer Trust Bank, to its Portland Branch board of directors, effective January 26, 2012.
In addition to her role at Schnitzer Steel Industries, Ms. Lundgren serves on the boards of the Parsons Corporation, US Chamber of Commerce, where she also serves on the executive committee, OHSU Foundation, and the James Beard Foundation. Ms. Lundgren was named Woman Executive of the Year in 2010 by the Portland Business Journal.
Mr. Compton is an active member of the business community and serves on the advisory boards of the Oregon African American Museum, Oregon Northwest Black Pioneers, and the Willamette Heritage Center. He is a member of the board of directors of the Oregon Law Foundation and is a member of the Salem Chamber of Commerce Economic Improvement District Committee. He previously served as chair for the Salem March of Dimes.
