Jessica Lum is the regional engagement officer for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. In this role, she engages with business leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area to gather real-time insights on how they are experiencing the economy. Prior to this role, Jessica served on the SF Fed’s Government and Civic Relations team and developed relationships with government stakeholders in Arizona, California, Hawaii, and Nevada.
Raised in San Francisco, Jessica brings an extensive network and understanding of the region following years of experience working in the Bay Area tourism industry, city government, and extensive board and community service.
